What Happens When Court Starts?

Once court convenes, the Judge will advise you of your rights and the four pleas that are available to you:

1. Guilty
2. No Contest
3. Not Guilty
4. Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity

MUNICIPAL COURT HOURS

Criminal/Traffic Division

Monday through Friday
8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Except the 1st and 3rd
Tuesdays of each month
8 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Civil/Small Claims Division

Monday through Friday
8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
