What Is Small Claims Court?

Every municipal and county court in Ohio has a small claims division. Its purpose is to resolve minor disputes quickly, inexpensively and fairly.

In Sylvania, small claims court is held twice a month on Tuesday evenings beginning at 5:30 p.m. Cases are heard by one of the three acting judges appointed by Judge M. Scott Ramey. They are:

Judge William G. Kroncke
